"There are road repairs, mas. So jammed and crowded," said TMC Polda Metro Jaya officer Brigadier Aris told AFP on Saturday (07/09/2011).
Aris said the traffic volume is so large that there is quite a long queue. But he did not elaborate on the extent of long jams.
"What is clear in the lane was very solid," he added.
Congestion conditions predicted to continue until the next few hours. Communities are encouraged to seek an alternative path.
