BMW X5 cars that pulled the BMW X5 in America produced between March 21 until May 19, 2011 this. It had to be done because there are components that are prone to damage.
Damaged cartilage component that is a component of a cracked belt tensioner and it is feared will be bad. Because if this component is damaged, the ability of the car will lose power steering and it is feared would potentially cause an accident.
To that end, BMW is now preparing a replacement component and the recall process will be started this month. For the owners, BMW will call them to the BMW dealership to do a free repair.
